The Aerobic Body Pump Plates are dumbbell plates made of robust polyurethane, specially designed for use in functional training as well as group fitness formats like Body Pump. They are equally suited for the home gym and for use in commercial fitness studios, and are available in weight increments of 1.25 kg, 2.5 kg, and 5 kg.

The material polyurethane is characterized by high dimensional stability and abrasion resistance and is also odorless – a relevant factor for long-term use in enclosed spaces, where conventional rubber plates can cause a disturbance due to persistent inherent odors. The grip openings integrated into the plates enable safe, controlled handling: plates can not only be quickly loaded onto and unloaded from the barbell, but also securely gripped for free, plate-based exercises. Thanks to the graded weight selection, loads can be adjusted incrementally and as needed, making the plates usable for a broad spectrum of exercise forms.

The pump plates are sold individually. These weights are only compatible with special body pump barbells, not with 30 mm standard bars.
