The Agility Speed Ladder is a foldable coordination ladder with 8 rungs that can either be used flat on the ground or converted into 10.5 cm high hurdles by setting up the rungs. It thus covers two classic forms of exercise with a single tool and is suitable for use in club training as well as individual athletic training.

The two-part use as a flat running ladder or as a set-up hurdle series allows for a greater variety of exercises without the need to carry additional equipment. The rungs made of robust ABS plastic are designed to yield during fast footwork drills without slipping away, which reduces the risk of tripping compared to rigid constructions. Thanks to the foldable design, the ladder can be folded up to save space; the included carrying case makes it easy to transport to the outdoor pitch or the indoor hall.
