The aluminum jump rope is a high-end speed rope designed for use in speed and competitive training as well as demanding cross-training sessions. It is aimed at athletes who want to integrate technically precise jumping—especially double-unders—into their training and rely on a reliable, long-lasting device. The plastic-coated steel cable with a diameter of 2.5 mm and a total length of 3 m can be individually adjusted for heights up to 2 m, allowing the rope length to be precisely matched to one's own physique.

Precise rope guidance through 360° ball bearings and slip-resistant aluminum handles

The aluminum handles feature a knurled surface that ensures a secure grip even under heavy use and with sweaty hands. The core of the construction consists of 360° ball bearings, which allow for completely free rotation of the cable relative to the handle. As a result, the rope rotates independently of hand movement and follows a smooth, controlled rotational path—a prerequisite for fast rotation sequences and clean technique in double-unders. The steel cable used combines the durability required for long-term use with the low weight necessary for high rotational speeds. The simple length adjustment via the integrated clamping mechanism allows for quick, tool-free setting to the preferred rope length.
