The swivel joint between the carabiner loop and the handle body is the central design feature of this attachment: it allows the hand to remain in a biomechanically favorable position during the entire movement, without rigid grips pushing the wrist into forced external rotation. The handle diameter of 2.5 cm is chosen to ensure a secure and fatigue-free hand position for most hand sizes. The finely ribbed metal handles also provide reliable grip even under intense strain and when hands are wet, as the rifling mechanically grips the material and is not dependent on a plastic or rubber coating.
