With a total length of 133 cm and a grip bar with a diameter of 3 cm, it covers a wide range of pull-up variations – from the classic version with a shoulder-width grip to narrower or wider grip positions.

The design-related wall clearance of 77 cm is a key feature of this pull-up bar: it prevents shoulders or elbows from hitting the wall during the movement, thereby enabling a biomechanically correct, unhindered execution even with wider grip positions. In contrast to simple door frame solutions, the firmly bolted steel wall construction provides a permanently stable base without wobbling or slipping. The necessary mounting hardware is included in the scope of delivery, allowing installation to take place immediately.
