Barbell 30 mm

The 30 mm diameter barbell is a chromed spring steel barbell and is suitable for use in home gyms as well as in commercial training environments. With a dead weight of 10 kg and a load capacity of up to 150 kg, it covers a wide range of requirements in strength training – from basic fundamental exercises to heavier loads in the advanced range.

The spring steel provides the necessary rigidity under load and prevents undesired bending of the bar, which keeps handling controlled and reliable even at higher weights. The chrome plating protects the surface from wear and makes cleaning easier. In the grip area, the bar is knurled, which improves hand grip even without additional aids and reduces slipping under load. There is a 33 cm loading length available for weight plates on each side. The included star collars securely fasten the attached plates and prevent lateral shifting during execution—a relevant safety aspect that comes into play especially when training without a training partner.
