The Open Half Rack is a compact barbell rack made of a sturdy steel construction, designed for use in home gyms as well as semi-professional environments. The open design of the frame allows free access to the barbell from all sides, ensuring that the range of motion is not restricted, especially during squats, shoulder presses, and similar compound exercises. Included in the scope of delivery are J-hooks to hold the barbell as well as an integrated pull-up bar, which allows bodyweight exercises to be performed directly at the same station.

The black steel structure is designed for a weight capacity of 500 kg, allowing it to reliably handle heavy loads without compromising the stability of the frame. The open, two-post geometry of the rack significantly reduces the required footprint compared to enclosed rack systems, without sacrificing structural rigidity. The included J-hooks can be adjusted in height along the perforated uprights, allowing the barbell resting position to be individually adjusted to the user's height and the specific exercise.
