R-SERIES Power Rack

The Power Rack Pro is an enclosed free-weight system for heavy strength training and is aimed at ambitious strength athletes, powerlifters, and operators of home and semi-pro gyms who need a permanently durable construction for compound exercises such as squats, bench presses, and shoulder presses. The steel frame supports up to 500 kg, making it designed for professional use with maximum working weights.

Safe free-weight training without a spotter thanks to precise safety mechanics

The centerpiece of the Power Rack Pro is the integrated safety system: the safety bars, which are continuously adjustable on both sides, reliably catch the weight should a repetition no longer be completed with control—a crucial factor when training without a spotter. The J-Hooks securely hold the barbell and allow for a precise racking position that can be individually adjusted to the user's body dimensions. The perforated uprights with a hole diameter of 26 mm allow for fine-grained height adjustment of both attachments, thereby creating the basis for biomechanically correct starting positions for a wide variety of exercises and heights. The integrated pull-up bar on the upper frame expands the range of applications to pulling and bodyweight exercises without the need for additional equipment. The steel frame has a black powder coating, ensuring a durable, corrosion-resistant surface that withstands daily use.
