Premium Soft Jump Box

The Premium Soft Jump Box is a 3-way plyo box for plyometric jump training that can be used at three different working heights of 51 cm, 61 cm, and 76 cm simply by rotating the box. It is equally suited for home use as well as professional use in functional training facilities, CrossFit boxes, or elite athletic training.

The structural core of the box consists of a dimensionally stable wooden frame that maintains its stability even under repeated, explosive loads from box jumps, step-ups, or depth jumps—a clear difference to pure foam constructions, which tend to deform under dynamic loads. At the same time, the surrounding high-density foam padding effectively eliminates the typical risk of injury at the edges known from hardwood plyo boxes: in the event of a missed jump or shin contact, the material cushions the impact instead of passing it through unfiltered. Thanks to its three-way usage—simply turn it over to actively change the working height—the box effectively replaces up to three separate pieces of equipment, thereby reducing space requirements and acquisition costs for facilities with changing user demands. The fabric cover protects the foam layer from mechanical wear and tear and facilitates cleaning during daily operation.
