The RealLeader Leg Extension Leg Curl Combo PF-1007 is a dual-function leg machine that combines isolated training of the quadriceps via leg extension and the hamstrings via leg curl in a single design. The design follows ergonomic principles: the seat, thigh pad, and foot pad are adjustable so that the machine's axis of rotation can be individually aligned with the knee joint of users of varying heights—a prerequisite for joint-friendly power transmission without shear forces. A lever at the knee joint makes it possible to set the start and end positions and quickly switch between the two exercises without having to fundamentally change the seating position.
