EZ curl bar rotation

The Rotating SZ Curl Handle is a parallel cable attachment designed on the basis of an SZ-curve shape and a 360° rotating joint axis. The free rotation of the axis allows wrists, elbows, and shoulders to maintain their natural alignment throughout the entire movement, rather than being forced into a constrained position by a rigid handle. The handle is suitable for use on cable machines in home gyms as well as in professional studio and sports environments.

The S-Z shape of the bar is based on the anatomy of the forearm and positions both hands in a slightly supinated, joint-friendly parallel grip. In combination with the fully rotating suspension, the grip follows the individual path of motion, which counteracts jerky force transmissions and uncontrolled evasive movements. The rubber-coated end caps on both ends of the grip ensure a secure, non-slip hold, meaning that grip strength does not have to be used compensatorically and the target muscles can be precisely engaged. The chromed steel construction conveys both visually and haptically a robust build quality designed to withstand continuous use under regular strain.
