The Safety Spotter Arms are emergency safety catch arms made of high-quality steel, designed as accessories for compatible power racks. Their primary function is to provide a defined catching position during solo barbell training, reliably intercepting an uncontrolled drop of the weight in the event of exhaustion—without the need for a second person as a spotter. Their application ranges from structured home training to regular strength and competition training.

Rubber-coated steel catching arms for gentle and quiet barbell racking

The construction made of robust steel ensures high dimensional stability under load, while the integrated rubber coating on the contact surface performs two specific tasks: it protects the barbell from damage upon impact and noticeably dampens the resulting noise—an aspect that is particularly relevant for home use. Handling is kept straightforward, so that the height adjustment on the rack can be made without great effort. The Safety Spotter Arms are compatible with the Professional Power Rack, the Foldable Power Rack as well as the Open Half Rack and supplement these systems with a functionally important safety component.
