The ATX® Squat Stand Block is a squat block made of shatterproof solid rubber, specially designed for use in barbell squat training. It serves to elevate the heel relative to the ball of the foot, thereby biomechanically compensating for limited ankle mobility. The product is equally suited for home use and for professional strength and high-performance training.

The wedge-shaped design of the block allows for a heel elevation of approx. 10 mm to 50 mm, which helps keep the upper body more upright during deep squats and reduces the load on the lumbar spine. Limited ankle mobility, which without aids often leads to the torso leaning forward and an unstable stance, is compensated for by the defined angle of inclination of the block. Made of solid, shatterproof solid rubber, the block is capable of withstanding heavy loads and is durable, without deforming or slipping under heavy weight. The textured standing surface ensures a reliable, non-slip connection to the floor—even during intensive use with heavy weight—making improvised heel elevations using weight plates or other unstable surfaces unnecessary.
