The Camouflage barbell is an Olympic barbell with a length of 220 cm and a bar diameter of 50 mm. With an empty weight of 20 kg, it is made of chromed spring steel and covers the range of use from home gyms to commercial strength training facilities. With a load limit of 680 kg, it is suitable for a wide range of exercises in strength and weightlifting training.<\/p>\n
The chrome-plated spring steel shaft features distinct knurling, which ensures a secure grip on the bar even under stressful conditions. The sleeve assemblies operate via needle bearings with low friction and independently of the shaft, which mechanically relieves stress on the wrists during dynamic movements such as snatching or clean and jerk, while simultaneously ensuring smooth rotation of the loaded plates. The IWF-compliant knurl marks on the shaft allow for an exact and reproducible hand position, which is particularly important for competition-oriented exercises. The camouflage finish of the shaft visually sets the bar apart from the standard product range without affecting its functional properties.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
