With a size of 10 x 5 cm, they can be quickly and tool-free attached to commercial-grade bars and are equally suitable for use in the home as well as in club or competitive sports.<\/p>\n<h2>Targeted grip resistance for proportional arm and forearm build-up<\/h2>\n<p>The enlarged rod diameter forces the hand, fingers, and forearm muscles to be activated much more intensively than with conventional standard grips. This directly addresses and trains the grip strength as a frequently limiting factor in heavy pull exercises such as chin-ups, rowing, or curls. The textured surface of the rubber inserts \u2013 recognizable by the rod-shaped patterning \u2013 provides sufficient grip on the grip itself. The material controls the pressure on the hand without deforming it, thus enabling a uniform load distribution over the entire palm of the hand.
