The wrist and ankle weights are additional weights that can be worn optionally on the wrists or ankles, integrating a defined resistance into movement routines without straining the hands. They are available in weight levels of 1.0 kg and 2.0 kg and are suitable for use in jogging, aerobics, CrossFit, and general endurance training.<\/p>\n
The exterior of the cuffs is made of durable neoprene, which offers a pleasant feel while remaining resistant to the mechanical stress of dynamic movements. The filling of metal granules and sand ensures an even weight distribution, so that the additional weight rests flat against the body rather than being concentrated at specific points. The adjustable hook-and-loop fastener allows for individual adjustment to different circumferences and securely holds the cuff in position even during rapid sequences of movement, thereby reliably preventing the slipping and associated friction that can occur with poorly fitting additional weights.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
