The flat cable attachment is a straight handle bar with a central swivel joint, designed for use on cable pulley stations. It is suitable for both regular use in the home environment and continuous operation in commercial fitness and strength training gyms. The primary area of application is in isolated triceps and biceps training on the cable machine, whereby the flat, symmetrical geometry of the bar enables a neutral, two-armed grip posture.<\/p>\n
The central swivel joint is the core functional feature of this handle: it allows the bar to rotate freely around its own axis, effectively reducing unnatural torsional forces that are transferred to the wrist and elbow joints with rigid handles. The movement path of the exercise can thus adapt more naturally to the individual joint angle, which promotes cleaner muscle contraction during triceps pushdowns and cable biceps curls. The surface of the handle bar is knurled, ensuring a secure, non-slip grip even under heavy strain. The spherical end pieces clearly define the gripping surface and prevent the hands from slipping off unintentionally. The robust metal construction is designed for long-term use and can be quickly and easily attached to any standard cable machine using a standard carabiner.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
