The T-bar landmine is a barbell attachment for 50 mm diameter bars and specifically expands free-weight training to include rotation-based and unilateral movement patterns in the shoulder, back, and core areas. Its compact format makes it equally suitable for use in home gyms and commercial training facilities.<\/p>\n
The flat, trapezoidal steel base plate gives the mount a wide, low stance that effectively counteracts tipping movements under load while keeping the footprint to a minimum. The pivoting joint between the base plate and the receiving tube enables the barbell's characteristic arc range of motion for landmine exercises without the base slipping or damaging the floor. This eliminates the need for improvised solutions that offer neither the necessary safety nor the freedom of movement of a dedicated setup. The mount is compatible with standard 50 mm Olympic bars and can be put into operation without wall mounting or additional accessories.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
