The current lat pull-down parallel grip is an attachment accessory for cable pull-down stations and is suitable for a wide range of pull-up exercises in the upper body area. With its parallel grip design, it allows for a neutral wrist position that can be used both in lat pull-down variations and in horizontal rowing exercises. The grip is designed for regular use in the home environment as well as for continuous operation in commercial fitness facilities.<\/p>\n
The centrally mounted swivel joint is an essential structural feature of this grip: it follows the natural rotational movement of the forearm during the pulling motion, thereby reducing unnecessary torsional loads on the wrists. The grip surfaces are provided with a textured surface that ensures reliable grip safety even under sweat conditions and prevents uncontrolled slipping of the hands. The solid metal construction is designed for a maximum load of 180 kg, making the grip permanently practical for heavy work loads. The connection to the cable pull station is provided via a standardized carabiner attachment on the swivel joint.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
