The push-up grips are designed for use in home training as well as in regular strength training and are intended to optimize the wrist position during push-ups from a biomechanical perspective. Instead of the strongly flexed wrist position required in floor-based training, the grips allow for a significantly more neutral posture that relieves the joints and promotes a cleaner execution technique.<\/p>\n
The metal frame is designed to withstand loads of up to 200 kg, making it suitable for heavier users on a permanent basis. The foam padding on the handle bars ensures a secure, non-slip grip, while the base-mounted support points provide sufficient stability on smooth surfaces. The ergonomic shape of the handles supports a correct wrist-neutral position, which significantly reduces the strain on the joints, especially at higher repetition rates. Thanks to its compact and lightweight design, the handles can be stored compactly and are also suitable for use on the go.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
