The solid wood parallettes are designed as a pair and serve as an aid for bodyweight exercises in the field of calisthenics. Due to the elevated grip position, they allow for an increased range of motion compared to the flat floor while requiring no additional equipment – suitable for both home use and regular sports operations. Typical application areas include push-ups, L-sits, handstand stabilization, and related static and dynamic holding exercises.

The handles are made of solid wood, which gives the construction high dimensional stability while providing a pleasant, natural grip surface. Compared to plastic or metal surfaces, wood absorbs less moisture back to the surface, which aids grip even with sweaty hands. The trapezoidal feet, which are equipped with rubber pads on the underside, ensure a secure, non-slip stance on smooth surfaces. Of primary biomechanical relevance is the neutral wrist position created by gripping the round wooden bar: the wrist no longer has to be forced into the strong dorsal extension that is inevitable when supporting oneself on the flat floor, which noticeably reduces the strain on the corresponding structures. The set is delivered as a pair and is ready for immediate use without any assembly steps.
