The Multi Grip Bar is a barbell with an integrated center section that allows for three different grip positions on a single bar. Designed for targeted upper body training, it is equally suited for use in the home as well as in professional strength and fitness facilities. By allowing you to switch between a neutral, a narrow, and a wide grip, pushing and pulling exercises can be performed in a more biomechanically favorable way than with a conventional straight barbell, which forces the wrists into a fixed pronated position.<\/p>\n
The robust steel frame of the central handle, powder-coated for a secure grip even during intense sessions, distributes the applied forces evenly and, with a load limit of 250 kg, retains its shape even under heavy weights. With a dead weight of 20 kg and a total length of 210 cm, the bar complies with the Olympic standard with a 50 mm sleeve diameter, ensuring compatibility with standard Olympic weight plates. The various grip angles reduce biomechanical awkward positions on the wrist, elbow, and shoulder during exercises such as bench presses, skull crushers, or bicep curls, allowing for more targeted muscle activation and reduced stress on the surrounding joints.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
