The Fitcom Premium neck pad is a barbell protection pad for 50 mm diameter barbells and is primarily used for exercises like squats or hip thrusts where the bar has direct contact with the neck or shoulder area. With a length of 50 cm and a diameter of 8 cm, it reliably covers the relevant contact area and is suitable for both home use and regular gym use.

The high-quality foam core distributes the barbell's pressure evenly across the contact surface, thereby reducing the pinpoint pressure on the neck and shoulder area that can lead to pressure marks and skin irritation when lifting heavy loads without padding. The synthetic leather cover is smooth, wipeable, and easy to clean after a workout—a practical advantage over fabric pads, which absorb sweat and are harder to maintain. It is secured via a hook-and-loop fastener that fixes the pad firmly to the bar and prevents it from slipping during execution. The low dead weight of the pad does not interfere with the handling of the barbell.
