The RealLeader Iso Lateral Leg Press RS-1023 is a leg press for demanding use in commercial fitness studios and well-equipped home gyms. The core feature of the machine is the iso-lateral design with two load receivers that are completely independent of each other, allowing for separate weight loading for each side. This allows the leg press to be used for both side-by-side and one-sided training without one leg compensating for the other.

The iso-lateral guidance of the two footplates follows a motion path adapted to the natural joint kinematics, defined by the carefully calculated curves and angles of the frame. Muscle imbalances between the legs can thus be specifically addressed, as each side must handle the imposed load exactly without allowing for compensatory movements. The seat is adjustable in both angle and distance from the footplates, allowing the seat position to be adapted to different body masses and training requirements – an essential factor for a joint-neutral performance with heavy loads. The robust, matte-black steel frame and the black upholstery emphasize the machine’s high-quality workmanship, which is designed for corresponding stability in continuous operation with dimensions of 134 × 190 × 148 cm and an own weight of 194 kg.
