The RealLeader Pendulum Squat LD-2006 is a guided pendulum-design leg press designed for intensive squat training in strength and power sports. The machine follows a pendulum-swinging movement path which, through the kinesiologically optimized design and the angled footplate, prescribes a biomechanically correct squat path – from the deep starting position to the complete extension of the lower extremities.

Because the body weight is supported throughout the entire movement by the backrest and shoulder pads, the pressure on the lumbar spine and shoulder joints that is typical of free squats is completely eliminated. The integrated rubber stoppers reliably secure the machine at the lower reversal point, allowing training up to the limit of exertion even without a spotter. The lateral plate loading with generously dimensioned weight horns enables rapid weight changes; the wide base frame ensures firm stability with an unladen weight of 223 kg. The well-padded contact surfaces on the back and shoulders as well as the knurled, angled footplate ensure a secure grip and even pressure distribution under load. The frame and upholstery are finished entirely in matte black; the overall dimensions of 2003 × 890 × 1835 mm define the space required for installation in a home gym or commercial facility.
