The RealLeader Seated Leg Curl M2-1023 is a seated leg curl machine designed for the isolated strengthening of the hamstring muscles. The seated execution position relieves stress on the lumbar spine and allows for a controlled, guided movement at the knee joint—a design philosophy that excels in both ambitious home gyms and commercial fitness facilities.

The centerpiece of the machine is its comprehensive adjustment system: seat position, thigh pad, and foot pad can be individually adjusted so that the knee joint can be aligned precisely with the axis of rotation of the lever mechanism. An additional lever directly at the knee joint defines the start and end position of the exercise, which supports proper movement control throughout the entire range of motion and reduces unwanted joint stress caused by incorrect positioning. The weight stack with a total weight of 133 kg can be continuously selected via a straightforward selector pin system, allowing the training load to be changed without interrupting the exercise rhythm. The matte black powder-coated steel frame and durable black padding meet the requirements for continuous operation. The machine has a footprint of 150 × 108 cm with a height of 162 cm and a dead weight of 160 kg, which underscores its design for stationary, permanent use.
