The wooden gymnastics rings are a classic piece of gymnastics equipment that are equally suitable for calisthenics beginners and advanced athletes. Due to their unstable position, the freely suspended rings actively engage the stabilizing muscle groups of the entire upper body, shoulders, and core with every exercise. The set includes two wooden rings and two mounting straps with quick-release fasteners, making it ready for immediate use.<\/p>\n
The wooden ring surface offers a natural grip compared to plastic or metal rings, ensuring a reliable hold even without additional chalk and reducing slipping during dynamic or static loads. The carefully crafted wooden construction is also gentle on the palms of the hands, which is important during longer training sessions. The included nylon straps are equipped with a quick-release fastener that allows for infinitely variable height adjustment without complex re-threading. This enables quick assembly and disassembly as well as rapid adjustment of the rings to different exercise requirements or changing users. The robust construction of the rings and straps is designed for long-term use.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
