The single squat stands are freestanding, height-adjustable barbell stands made of powder-coated steel and serve as a rack for the barbell during squats and related free-weight exercises. Used as a paired system, they are equally suitable for private home use in limited spaces as well as for use in commercial training environments where flexibility in placement is required.

The stability of the uprights is achieved by their substantial dead weight of 45 kg each, which reliably prevents tipping or shifting under load—without the need for wall mounting or floor bolting. The load capacity of up to 250 kg makes them suitable even for advanced strength training with heavy working weights. The uprights with a cross-section of 6 × 6 cm give the construction the necessary torsional rigidity, while the perforation with a diameter of 13 mm enables precise height adjustment of the barbell rest. With a footprint of 66 × 64 cm per stand, the space requirement remains manageable, and since the two units can be positioned independently of one another, the distance between them can be individually adjusted to the user and the respective exercise. The powder-coated steel surface protects against mechanical stress and is low-maintenance.
