The SZ grip cable pull is a handle bar with a characteristic SZ bend that is designed for targeted biceps and triceps training on cable pull stations. The curved shape of the bar allows for a more biomechanically favorable wrist position compared to straight handle bars, which is particularly relevant for multi-joint pull movements and isolated arm exercises under load. The model is suitable for both regular use in the home gym and daily use in commercial fitness facilities.<\/p>\n
The curved SZ contour of the rod allows the lower arms to be positioned in a more neutral pronation and supination position, reducing one-sided strain in the wrist and elbow area during use. Plastic grips are located at both ends of the rod, ensuring a secure and non-slip hold even when hands are sweaty. The rod features a central carabiner mount that can be easily attached to common cable pull stations without tools.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
