The 30 mm EZ curl bar is a curl bar made of chrome-plated spring steel, specifically designed for biceps and triceps exercises with free weight plates. The characteristic wavy shape of the shaft allows for a biomechanically more favorable wrist position during curling and pressing compared to a straight barbell, which reduces the strain on the wrist and elbow joints during exercise execution. The bar is equally suitable for use in the home environment and in regular gym operations.<\/p>\n
The spring steel shaft gives the bar a high level of dimensional stability, while the chrome plating provides a robust, easy-care surface. The knurled grip zones ensure a controlled hold even with sweaty hands, without the need for additional aids. The sleeves on both sides, each 18.5 cm long, provide sufficient space for loading standard 30 mm weight plates, and the included star collars securely fix the plates in place, reliably preventing unwanted rattling or slipping during execution. With an empty weight of 7 kg and a maximum load capacity of 150 kg, the bar covers a wide weight spectrum for various performance levels.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
