The standing surface made of sturdy wood features a grippy, non-slip surface that ensures a secure stance during exercises and significantly reduces the risk of injury when used on smooth surfaces. The hemispherical tilting element on the underside creates instability in all directions, which continually forces the deep core and joint muscles to stabilize, thereby purposefully challenging neuromuscular coordination.
