The 50 mm dumbbell bar is an Olympic dumbbell bar made of chromed spring steel designed for use with standard 50 mm weight plates. Ball bearing mounted disc holder for smooth running and high material load capacity

The spring steel shaft is chrome-plated and features a 28 mm diameter knurled grip area, which ensures controlled and non-slip handling under load. The 50 mm diameter weight sleeves on both sides are mounted on ball bearings: this allows the weights to rotate freely and smoothly, which significantly reduces the torsional forces acting on the wrists during dynamic movements. Thanks to the spring steel construction, the bar is designed for a maximum load of 150 kg and therefore shows no tendency to deform even during intensive load cycles, ensuring both the longevity of the material and operational safety.
