Adjustable dumbbell twist grip 24 kg

The Adjustable Dumbbell 24 kg v2.0 combines multiple weight levels into a single, compact system, making it designed for use in a home gym where floor space and organization play a central role. Instead of a traditional dumbbell set with separate plates and bars, an integrated selection mechanism handles the weight selection here, while the included storage tray keeps the unused plates organized and within easy reach.

Unilateral weight selection as a response to the vulnerabilities of conventional adjustment systems

The dial of the v2.0 dumbbell is attached to the side at one end of the dumbbell, enabling quick, one-handed weight selection without having to handle both sides. The clear weight markings on the selection dial can be read and set without delay, which simplifies switching between weight levels during an active workout and reduces the risk of operating errors. The unselected plates placed in the tray are automatically retained when put down and cannot accidentally detach during exercise—a relevant aspect for handling safety. The handle is designed for an ergonomic grip position that keeps the wrists in a functional axis even with increasingly heavier weights, thus counteracting excessive strain on the joints. Thanks to its compact design and integrated storage tray, the entire system takes up significantly less space than a comparable traditional dumbbell set.

The adjustable dumbbell is sold individually.
