The Yoga Ankle Weights are weight cuffs delivered in pairs that can be worn on both wrists and ankles. Designed for use in yoga, Pilates, walking, and comparable activities with fluid, controlled movements, they purposefully supplement body weight without impairing the natural flow of movement.

The weight modules are made of soft silicone that rests comfortably directly against the skin and effectively prevents the chafing at the joint known from many conventional models. The individual weight segments are arranged in such a way that they adapt to the contour of the joint and stay in position even during extended sessions.
