FLOWIN Pro

The Flowin® Pro is a slide mat specially designed for so-called friction training. With this training method, exclusively your own body weight serves as resistance: through controlled sliding movements on the mat's surface, muscle chains are engaged through their full range of motion. The range of applications extends from home training and gym operations to physiotherapeutic use.

Joint-friendly full-body workout without additional equipment or weights

Since friction training avoids shock loads and the movement is executed smoothly, the Flowin® Pro is also suitable for people who rely on a joint-friendly form of exercise. The mat provides a dimensionally stable, non-slip surface that does not roll up under heavy stress, thus ensuring a reliable working basis for demanding exercises. Included in the delivery are specially matched to the mat surface Hand, foot and knee pads, which enable the controlled sliding movements while simultaneously protecting the corresponding parts of the body. By dispensing with additional weights or bulky auxiliary equipment, the system is space-saving and can be made ready for use quickly.
