Competition Weight Bench Bench Press

The Competition Flat Bench is a specialized bench press bench designed for heavy strength training – from the ambitious home athlete to the competitive powerlifter. The robust construction with an integrated, height-adjustable barbell rack and integrated safety bars allows for the safe handling of maximum loads even without a training partner. The features are complemented by band pegs, which enable the use of resistance bands and thus offer advanced training variation.

Adjustable safety bars and a 500 kg weight capacity for uncompromised bench pressing without a training partner

The massive steel frame is designed for a total load capacity of 500 kg, ensuring the bench remains permanently stable even under competition conditions with the heaviest weights. The adjustable barbell rack allows for precise adaptation to individual height and arm span, guaranteeing a biomechanically correct starting position and a clean movement path during bench pressing. The integrated safety bars are also height-adjustable and reliably catch the barbell in the event of muscle failure, without the need for a spotter. The padded, flat lying surface provides a stable support for controlled body posture throughout the entire exercise execution.
