The Keiser M3i Total Body Trainer is an indoor bike that, compared to conventional ergometers, has been expanded with active upper-body mechanics. The design allows for either isolated lower-body, isolated upper-body, or coordinated full-body endurance training on a single platform—equally suited for structured home use as well as professional use in club sports or rehabilitation.
Contactless magnetoresistive system with integrated upper body mechanics
At the heart of the M3i Total Body Trainer is the same contactless magnetic resistance system used in the Keiser M3i Indoor Bike. Because the magnet and flywheel interact without physical contact, there is no frictional wear or risk of corrosion from sweat—meaning the drive operates quietly and is largely maintenance-free in daily use. The moving upper body handlebars are designed to engage the shoulder, chest, and back muscles synchronously with the pedaling motion without compromising the riding position; if desired, the lower and upper bodies can also be worked completely independently of one another. The saddle is height-adjustable, allowing users of various body sizes to maintain an ergonomically correct posture. Integrated transport wheels on the base allow the machine to be easily repositioned without disassembly.
