The coordination ladder is an agility speed ladder for targeted training of speed, footwork, and neuromuscular coordination. With 10 rungs over a total length of 6 meters and a width of 42 centimeters, it is equally suitable for use in grassroots and professional team sports – on artificial turf as well as on indoor floors.

Adjustable rung spacing and low profile for an uninterrupted flow of movement

The distances between the individual rungs can be adjusted individually so that the ladder can be adapted to different stride lengths and training requirements – a clear advantage over rigid designs that leave no room for athlete-specific configurations. The flat, low-profile design of the plastic rungs keeps the risk of tripping low during fast running sequences and thus supports a continuous movement rhythm even during high-frequency footwork exercises.
