The Premium Adjustable Bench is an adjustable weight bench designed for demanding use in home gyms as well as in semi-professional and professional environments. With a maximum weight capacity of 500 kg, it is engineered for heavy free-weight exercises and covers a wide range of movements – from flat pressing exercises to incline and upright positions.

High load capacity and precise adjustability for a wide range of exercises

The backrest can be adjusted in seven positions and the seat in three positions—this combination enables a biomechanically correct posture for a wide variety of exercises and prevents the torso from slipping undesirably under load. With an empty weight of 50 kg, the bench offers inherent stability, ensuring tip-proof workouts even at maximum load. The 128 x 30 x 7 cm padding provides a sufficient support surface and padding thickness to evenly distribute pressure loads even during longer training sessions.
