The Rotation Row Handle is a close parallel cable attachment designed for joint-friendly back training. The integrated 360° joint axis allows the handle to rotate freely throughout the entire range of motion, thereby taking the natural movement pattern of the wrists into account. Rigid rowing handles without a rotation function force the wrists into fixed positions, which, as weights increase, both unnecessarily strains the joints and limits the targeted activation of the back muscles. The 360° rotation mechanism of the Rotation Row Handle addresses this problem by allowing the wrists natural, unrestricted guidance throughout the entire pulling movement. The ergonomically aligned inclination angle of the handle supports a biomechanically correct pulling direction and contributes to a smooth, jerk-free movement sequence even under higher resistances. The solid metal construction with knurled grip surfaces ensures a secure, non-slip grip and minimizes unwanted movement in the joint. Connection to standard cable pulley systems is made via a standardized attachment eyelet.
