The Super EZ curl bar with a 50 mm Olympic sleeve is an EZ curl bar made of chromed steel, primarily designed for isolated arm exercises such as bicep curls and tricep presses. With a total length of 120 cm and a dead weight of 9.7 kg, it is equally suitable for use at home and in regular gym operations.

Pronounced EZ-curl and ball bearings reduce stress on the wrist and elbow joints

The distinctive waveform of the bar puts the wrists into a biomechanically more favorable position during the grip, compared to a straight bar. As a result, pronation and supination tension in the forearm is noticeably reduced during the execution of the movement, which lessens the strain on the wrist and elbow joints. The ball bearings integrated into the weight sleeves allow the weight plates to rotate freely relative to the bar, so torsional forces are not transferred to the holding hand and the flow of movement remains smooth. The chromed steel surface of the grip area provides a secure hold thanks to its textured knurling, even during heavy loads. With a maximum load capacity of 250 kg, the bar is designed for use with heavy Olympic plates and thus covers a wide range of performance levels.
